ABOUT HUMPTY DOO JERKY

Humpty Doo Jerky is made in a small town called Humpty Doo, about 30kms south of Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia. Owner Nigel Nielsen has been making jerky for 14 years, using Australian beef and crocodile meat.

One of three crocodile jerky distributors in Australia, Nigel uses many unique flavours and a combination of special sauces and spices to make great tasting jerky.

Humpty Doo Jerky is an ideal snack high in protein and low in fat.
